01Who is responsible
Yang Ding is the individual operator and data controller. The contact details at the end of this page are the contact point for privacy requests. This policy covers Avola's own processing; it does not replace the policies of payment providers, social platforms or campaign sponsors.
02Information you provide
We process account and wallet identifiers; email or profile information provided through sign-in; social-media handles and contact details; order selections, quantities, target URLs and instructions; campaign submissions and proof; referral codes; and support communications. Do not submit card security codes, wallet seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary identity documents to Avola.
03Payments and automatically collected information
Payment records can include transaction IDs, amounts, currency, status, timestamps, limited billing/contact information and fraud or dispute results. Infrastructure may record IP addresses, browser/device information, request times, page visits and errors. Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses remain visible on their respective networks.
04Purposes and legal grounds
Account access, order fulfillment, balance accounting, payments and support are necessary to perform our agreement with you. Security, abuse prevention and service reliability serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Accounting, lawful disclosures and regulatory responses are based on legal obligations. Optional marketing and analytics that require permission rely on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
05Cookies, local storage and analytics
The website uses browser storage for account/session functions and language preferences. Some marketing pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. You can restrict cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or payment functions. These legal pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. We do not claim that clearing cookies removes payment or account records held on our servers.
06Service providers and payment processing
Information needed to operate the service may be processed by Vercel (hosting), database/storage and blockchain RPC providers, Particle Network (account/wallet functions), Google Analytics and Telegram (communications), where used. For checkout explicitly offered through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake and its payment partners process payment-card details on their hosted checkout under their applicable security and PCI-DSS requirements; Avola does not receive or store complete card numbers or CVV. Other available payment routes identify their provider at checkout; the existing Authorize.Net hosted route is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
07Campaign sharing and other disclosures
We share target links, order instructions and necessary fulfillment details with delivery partners. Campaign sponsors can receive participants' submitted proof and identifiers needed to verify completion. Campaign instructions, public target links and proof intentionally submitted for public display may be published; do not include private information in public submissions. We may disclose relevant records when legally required, to address fraud or claims, or during a business transfer with appropriate notice and protection. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
08Security and incidents
We use HTTPS and access restrictions for service administration. Wallet authentication and hosted payment forms reduce the credentials and card information handled by Avola. No system guarantees absolute security. If a breach occurs, we investigate and notify affected people and competent authorities when legally required; where GDPR Article 33 applies, the authority notification deadline is, where feasible, 72 hours after awareness. Notifications to individuals follow the applicable risk-based legal requirements.
09Retention and deletion
Account information is retained while an account is active. After a verified closure request, we aim to delete or anonymize ordinary account/profile information within 90 days. Our retention schedule is 7 years after the transaction for payment, order, refund and accounting records; 2 years after closure of a support request for support correspondence; and up to 12 months for security logs. Shorter provider-specific technical log periods may apply. Legal obligations, unresolved disputes or fraud investigations can require longer retention of relevant records. When the applicable period ends, records are deleted or anonymized. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by Avola.
10Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you can request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; and withdraw consent. California residents may also request disclosure of categories and specific information and correction/deletion, without unlawful discrimination. Contact us using the details below. We verify identity proportionately and aim to respond within 30 calendar days; where a different statutory period or extension applies, we explain it. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
11Marketing choices
If you consent to promotional messages, you can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option provided with the message. Account, payment, fraud and service notices may still be sent because they are necessary to operate the service.
12International processing
Avola uses international hosting, authentication, payment and communications providers, so information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, the applicable provider arrangements must use an authorized mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
13Adults and external services
Avola is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; contact us if a child has provided information so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Third-party websites, wallets, social platforms and campaign destinations have their own privacy practices.
14Policy updates
The date and version on this page identify this policy. Material changes will be announced on the website or by an available account contact at least 15 days before taking effect, except when a legal or urgent security requirement requires an earlier change. Where a new use requires consent, we will seek it. Historical versions are retained for reference.
