How it works: choose the asset and network from Step 1, then use your own Avola deposit address as the receiving address. The provider takes your fiat payment and sends the purchased crypto to that address.

These are direct provider links. They currently contain no Avola referral parameter, and Avola earns no commission from this purchase.

Mainland China and other restricted regions: stop if a provider says you are unsupported. Do not use a VPN, borrowed identity, third-party card or false address to bypass controls.
03

The asset and network must match exactly

At provider checkout, choose the same asset and blockchain shown on your Avola deposit card. Matching tickers do not mean matching networks.

If the provider only shows Ethereum, Tron, Base or another network absent from your Avola card, do not pay. A wrong network can make funds unrecoverable.

Check the net amount, then pay and refresh

Complete one final check before payment. For a first deposit, use a modest test amount above the live minimum and within what you can afford to risk.

Net amount is above minimum

Use the amount received after every fee.

Save order ID and tx hash

Keep both for payment and blockchain support.

Refresh after confirmation

Return to Avola and press Refresh balances.

Ready? Start inside your account.

Only the live account card controls the address, network and minimum.

Stop immediately if any of these happen

Crypto transfers are usually irreversible. Pause and verify instead of rushing a payment.

  • Someone asks for a password, OTP, CVV, private key or seed phrase.
  • The deposit address came from chat, email, a screenshot or a person claiming to be support.
  • The provider says your country, card, asset or network is unsupported.
  • The net amount is below Avola's live minimum.

Common questions

Do I pay fiat directly to Avola?

No. Your chosen third-party provider handles the fiat payment, identity checks, quote and refund. It sends the crypto you buy to your own Avola deposit address.

How much should I use for a first deposit?

Check Avola's live minimum and the provider's net amount after fees. A first test can be modest, but it must remain above the minimum and within what you can afford to risk.

Why has my balance not updated?

Check the provider order first, then the blockchain transaction. After confirmation, return to Avola and press Refresh balances. Keep the order ID and transaction hash.

Does Avola receive my card or KYC data?

No. The third-party provider handles payment and identity checks independently. Never send card data, identity documents, passwords, OTPs, private keys or seed phrases to support.
